They're so uncomfortable and ridged and killed my neck and back. Omg this is like the best office chair I have EVER sat in. First of all, the seat is way bigger than a traditional chair, depth and width. The foot rest also helps with my back. It chair also reclines in such a way that keeps me upright enough to work properly and not have to hunch. Honestly, with all the cushions and the way they're placed, it feels like a hug. I was about to lounge very comfortably and watch 3hrs worth of anime. The construction seems really sturdy. The thing was super heavy because of the actual mechanical parts. Assembly was pretty easy too. Some of the instructions and pictures could have been clearer, but it didn't take me long to figure it out. Two people would make the assembly easier, but I did it by myself in like 30mins. The wheels are not quite the traditional plastic ones you see on a lot of office chairs, but they are still plastic. I'll probably replace them with thicker, rubber wheels. I've only had the chair for a short while, so if anything changes, I'll update this review. So far so good! So glad to find an office chair with comfort and support." —Deanna
